The competence in dealing with ear problem, something I had never considered, as well as the auditory test. I look forward to further treatments and hope the vertigo can be disposed of soon.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Girgis, the audiologist, and radiologist explained all procedures in an easy to understand manner. All of my questions were answered, and I felt that I was being listened to.

This was one of the very best medical experiences of my life. Very little waiting. I was moved through the process quickly and efficiently. Everyone was cordial, professional, and helpful. Dr. Girgis was excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable. All in all it was a perfect experience.

Dr. Girgis and his associates are nice and friendly and did a great job of finding the problem with my hearing. There will be follow-up after recommending a potential remedy but they took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my condition and left me with a sense of confidence in the steps needed to move forward.

I love this place!! I recently learned that effective December of this year, they will no longer be in contract with my insurance carrier. So sad. My brother is now a new patient and is very happy with the services he has received.

Dr. Girgis is an outstanding Dr. I also regularly see his assistants, Emily and Melissa. They are both excellent as well. The entire office staff is super polite and accommodating! I love the fact that I never feel rushed here.
