Even with never leaving the house I ended up with a ear infection. The office help was great, and quick.The drs understood my complex medical history and was very nice and helpful. I won't go into what was wrong but she answered all my questions.At the follow up they informed me of a hearing aid technology I didn't know about it that would likely suit me better than the hearing aid I have currently. They did a hearing test on the spot and were really helpfulI would use them again if I needed to

I recently started seeing Dr. Girgis for chronic sinus and sleeping issues that have worsened over the years. Terrific bedside manner and explains things very clearly. Very engaged and listens to what you have to say. Tells you what your diagnosis is, draws it out for you and then discusses the plan. His staff is really nice and everyone is very professional. I appreciate not having to go somewhere else for a CT scan and the sleep disorder area is on the same floor.

I had my first visit with Dr Girgis today. Other family and friends had seen him before and were happy with how it went. I was there longer than I expected, BUT that was because I had exam with Dr, CT scan, hearing test, and results with Dr! Now I have my medicine and I'm ready to get better. Great staff and everything kept moving along.

My visit did not start great. I ended up being called 1 hour after my appointment- I did not have high hopes. With that said, the rest of the experience more than made up for the tardiness. The ladies in reception are some of the most pleasant people I have dealt with at doctors offices. The entire staff was knowledgeable and helpful. It was obvious the late appointment was do to the staff and doctors’ attention to detail and care, rather than poor planning. Dr. Samuel Girgis explained everything he was doing and why I was feeling certain ways throughout the entire visit, this made me comfortable. He answered every question I had thoughtfully and thoroughly. Beyond that, he used every tool at his disposal in order to be positive his diagnoses and recommended steps were correct. I am not one to like the doctors in general, but this visit answered questions I had and taught me about what was causing my issues. I would recommend anyone on this staff with full confidence.

Fantastic doctors and practice! We were referred by a patient of Dr. Girgis and love the the office. My daughter needed sinus surgery and septoplasty. We opted to have the doctor cosmetically correct the shape of her nose as well. Dr Girgis' friendly demeanor, professionalism & expertise completely put my daughter's anxieties about such an invasive surgery to rest. Everyone at the office has been great to work with from coordinating scheduling to explaining cost & the surgery was successful.

I returned recently and had a totally different experience. I did not feel rushed at all and the doctor was very thorough with me. I had heard that I may just have had a bad experience, so I returned, and now believe that might have been the case. I was very happy with the care I received.

The entire staff was very friendly and well organized from checking in to scheduling a followup prior to leaving, and everyone in between. The Dr. Casey and the nurses were easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and I didn't feel rushed through my appointment. There was a minimal wait time from arriving to being seen (within 15 minutes of scheduled appointment) and throughout the appointment.

Dr. Casey was fantastic. I can't say enough about how kind he was and how he and his staff cared for me.

Dr. Girgis is an amazing Dr. He did the surgery to remove my tonsils and fix a deviated septum. Since then I rarely get sore throats anymore and can breath much better though my nose. The wait to see him can be long at times but he is very thorough and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a qualified ENT.

Dr. Thomas is amazing! I have been his patient for 10+ years and whenever I have a check-up with him, it feels more like catching up with an old friend that going to see my ENT. My overall health has improved immensely thanks to him!

Awesome group of doctors!!

I had a positive experience with Dr. Girgis and Associates. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. I did not have much of a long wait, I'd say my exam started about 15 minutes past my scheduled time. Dr. Girgis was kind and helpful and got right down to business. It was obvious Dr. Girgis was determined to find the culprit behind my recent ailments and I feel confident that I will receive the best treatment in upcoming follow up appointments. Would recommend.

I have been happy with the care provided by Dr. Girgis. My only reason for the 3 star review is the wait times in the office. I've been there 3 times and never had to wait less than 50 min past the appointment time to be seen and it's been up to an hour and a half wait. The Dr always apologizes, but waiting in the office for an extra hour for a 5-10 minute appt every time is very frustrating. I understand things happen, but I think this office always overbooks.

It is certainly a blessing to have found such an exceptional ENT practice. Not only have I received state of the art, high quality, empathetic care, but I was treated kindly from the moment I set foot in the office. Wonderful doctors & staff!
