yes, your doctors care very much for their patients which I find very rare today. Do you know how to make someone feel at home and you make your patients feel very special that's why I've been going to your office for more than 15 years.

I was able to get an appointment scheduled within a few weeks of calling. Once there I was seen promptly. Dr. Girgis is very thorough, he explains everything. He does rush ,he asks questions, listens to ones complaints The staff is very helpful and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Girgis.

First time visit, went to see Dr. Girgis. The experience with him and his nurse was 5/5. I felt in great hands, the environment inside the room was friendly and comfortable. Minus 1-star for the wait. I was seen 40 + minutes after my original appointment time.

Dr Girgis Staff was very professional. Since this was my first visit in many years, I did not know what to expect! Dr Girgis did a thorough check of my issue. He also did a complete hearing, nose and throat exam. The convenience of having the lab work down the hallway and the scan available saves lots of time. I felt confident he will properly treat my condition.

I had a wonderful experience here. The office staff and, the nurse (forgot his name) were so wonderful. Emily O'Brien was so personable and explained everything so thoroughly. I could not recommend her more!

I had an outpatient procedure done by Dr. Girgis. I can tell you I definitely wasn’t looking forward to it but it needed to get done. From the day of the procedure to the follow up appointments, he and his staff couldn’t be any more knowledgeable, pleasant and always concerned about me than they have been. I can't express how wonderful everyone is there. I had deviated septum surgery done September of 2022. I was full of anxiety about the surgery, everyone there made it so much easier. Going from having a 85% blocked breathing, to truly being able to take a deep breath, is amazing. Dr Girgis and his team really changed my life, I can't thank him enough, a truly great team.

The staff at Dr. Girgis' office are both helpful and kind. Dr. McMahon conducted the exam and also did a procedure to remove impacted ear wax which was affecting my hearing. I also saw Dr. Mock who performed the audiology exam. Both physicians took their time to ensure that I understood the results of my hearing test and next steps going forward. I would highly recommend this group of specialists to treat any issues you may be having with your ears or hearing loss.

Every staff member is very friendly and efficient. You will be listened to and get all your questions answered before leaving. This seems to be harder and harder to come by at most doctor's offices these days.

Great staff, Dr Girgis is the best, as is his staff. Perhaps 2 tone Maybachs are ok..? Best ENT around !!

Dr Girgis is very professional and thorough with his examination and further testing to confirm his findings. He provides solutions to solve my health concerns. He follows up with appointments to check my progress.

Dr McMahan was absolutely great. I honestly have never had a more thorough exam at a doctors office. He went over everything with me and I went through a CT scan, hearing test, blood draw and a thorough explanation from Dr McMahan all within 90 minutes.

The entire experience was smooth and they made me feel very comfortable during my sleep study. Definitely recommend!!
