From start to finish, I felt like everyone did their best to accommodate my needs.

I had a wonderful experience. The check in process was quick and staff very nice and professional. Mary the allergist nurse manager was awesome. She knows how to put patients at ease and explained everything to me.

Would recommend Dr Sam to anyone He is very Competent and Knowledgeable! Have been going to him and His Dad for 37 years!! Is over an hour drive for Me to his office but when you find a Great Doctor you hate to give him up!! Very clean facility in Hinsdale and sleep study is also right there . The Ladies are very helpful and have bent over backwards for my needs!!It's a doctor that is more like a good friend!!

First visit it and it was great, better than I expected. Dr Sethi was wonderful and went over everything with me and was very informative.

Dr Girgis and his staff are great. I've been a patient of his since 2009 when he performed surgery. I've seen him over the years for a few things since that surgery but not that often because he did such a good job with the surgery. If you're looking for a highly skilled professionalENT surgeon with a first class support staff backing up his practice look no further.

Dr Girgis is good and so is the staff working there. I would have rated 5 stars but waiting times are extreme- On both my 2 visits so far, I had to wait 1 hour or more beyond my appointment time. That needs to be looked upon.

The staff was very attentive and my experience with Dr. Girgis was awesome. I think between my profile information and our initial converstion, he kind of interpreted that I was a detail guy, and he tailored his explanation of the potential causes for my problem in such a way that I could totally understand it and it made sense. I thought that was a great thing.

This was my second visit in 6 months and both times I have been welcomed and taken care of. The staff is friendly and very willing to hear your concerns.The Dr’s are welcoming as well. And ready to help.

The place is efficient! Showed up with sudden hearing loss and in less than an hour I had more answers than the questions I didn’t know to ask. Might not get the results I hope for, it’s up to me and God and what happens in the next few weeks but it won’t be because something was overlooked. These folks leave no stone unturned, every question answered, and you are important. They do not dismiss you or your concerns.

Everyone there from the front desk, PA-C, and the lady who did my hearing test were all very helpful, friendly, nice. I’d highly recommend this ENT. I’ve gone to several and none can compare.
